The hot dogs at Moo Bears are fantastic. Then there’s the ice cream! Great selection of old favorites and specialty flavors. The place is clean and the owners and staff are always cheerful and helpful. A great addition to downtown Ellijay!

They have the best ice cream in town! The shop is always super clean and the service is always great. They have a loyal shopper program that rewards you after so many visits. Their gourmet hot dogs are delicious as well.

Absolutely the best ice cream and hot dogs I’ve ever had! Love the décor and the ability to purchase the candies I grew up with. The service is great and the atmosphere is friendly. Carrie and Chris truly care about their customers.

I always try Moo Bear’s flavor of the month. They have the best hotdogs I have ever had. They always let me know when they have superman ice cream because they know it’s my favorite!

Family operated in charming downtown Ellijay. Not only do we promote this business with our cabin rental guests, we enjoy going ourselves. My fave is pistachio ice cream and a savory hot dog, but not in that order! Buy local and enjoy quality and charm.

Carrie & Chris take their Ice Cream seriously. They have the best flavors around and hands down the best service. Get a hotdog, a cone or an old fashioned malt; either way you are going to leave with a smile on your face and a happy belly!
