Terrible! Waited over 25 min. for my vehicle to even make in into the wash area. All the while idling and wasting fuel. Was told by the person who took my money that they weren’t that busy and should only take 30 minutes start to finish for full service. Manager told me “well, they’re going through express”. No excuse! A customer paying more should not have to wait for others just because they’re going through the “express lane”. Asked for a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be returning.
