She is very accommodating and is a perfectionist when it comes to the look and taste of her products. Kristen is very professional, kind and ambitious. She takes her time to fully engage in what your expectations of the cake you have. Her cake designs are amazing and the cake itself is one of the best I’ve tried in 47 years. Cake is super moist and just melts in your mouth. I recommend her constantly and will continue to do so.

Kristen is amazing to work with! I first met her at a bridal show at the Ambiance in Quincy, IL. Her cake stood out from all the others I had tasted because it tasted like fresh, delicious, homemade cake! All the others tasted kind of fake, like it had been made somewhere else. I was very particular about my wedding cake, I’m a sweets fanatic so my cake had to be perfect and taste amazing!! And Kristen delivered! First, there was the taste testing! She had so many different flavors to choose from, all were delicious! My husband requested a flavor she was not familiar with. She came back a few weeks later and told us how many times she had tested this recipe to make sure it was just right! I couldn’t believe all the extra work she put into it to make our day special! She did exactly what I asked for and was always available if I needed to speak with her. I highly highly recommend Kristen, she is the best!

Kristen made my brother’s wedding cake and also my graduation cake. For the wedding cake she did an amazing job showing the two sides and even incorporating one of their favorite superheroes. And my graduation cake was perfection, it was exactly what I wanted, she even added a bit I didn’t even think about, and had very reasonable pricing. Great cake overall.
