Since I moved to Raymond 7 years ago, I have tried every shop in town, by far Natural or Not is far superior. Ally is fantastic she listens and follows exactly what I ask. Everyone that works there are so nice and friendly, there is someone always offering to serve you. Natural or Not is a full service salon, which is hard to find if not impossible in Raymond. It is such a relaxing atmosphere, I look forward to my appointments. They have me for a customer for life.

Erin has been doing my hair for years. I have never been to a better, more comfortable salon. There is a positive atmosphere there, and everyone is friendly and has a great sense of humor. Beyond that, they are all KIND and treat everyone with dignity and respect without any snootiness or salon drama. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Erin has cut my hair six to eight times now and I have never been disappointed! I was so tired of stylists who wouldn’t listen after the first couple of visits because they think they know what you want and get careless. That has NOT been my experience at Natural or Not, so I am still loving it! Thank you for always paying attention to detail!
