New Creations Bistro (not so mobile as they have a permanent base) put together really good food at a good price. They have a regular menu plus daily specials, which really are special, not just only offered for that day.

The first time I ate at New Creations, my friend and fiance tagged along. This was the first week mind you, and the lot was packed. We each ordered and about 30 minutes later our meals were packaged and ready. The food was amazing and the best part is this was before the whole recipe book was fleshed out! When I returned about a week later, I tried the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich and it was like pure heaven. The whole summer of ’16, New Creations always seemed to have a long, worth-while, line waiting for their delectable food.

My wife & I have been a fan of New Creations Mobile Bistro since it opened. We particularly like the BBQ brisket and pulled pork. Another one (particularly for men) is Gary’s chicken fried steak. Great food/great folks!
