We regularly come to FoCo to visit our son. It seems like we have eaten at virtually every restaurant in Old Town/Mid Town over the years. We absolutely love Nick\’s Italian and think it is the best recent addition to the local restaurant scene. The place has a hip vibe to it and the servers are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The food, simply prepared with fresh ingredients, is outstanding. I have never been disappointed. Favorites? Bucatini carbonara, gnocchi, chicken parm. And, I think the pizza is the best in Fort Collins. Yea Nick\’s! Keep on truckin\’.
