Best Tres Leches in the World! We love Nilda’s! Marshmallow cream frosting, Kahlua cakes, triple chocolate cakes! The list of her specialities is a very long. You can taste the love baked in!

Nilda has absolutely thee best tres leches cake I have ever tasted! It’s beyond amazing and I grew up on this cake in NJ, NY and Florida. It’s so magical tasting! We no longer live in Alaska and when my husband flys out once a month for work I ask him to bring home a couple of slices of cake. You can tell her love goes into everything she bakes. She is a very talented and lovely woman. Waiting for her to start shipping cakes and desserts!

Great cakes and amazing customer service by Nilda.
My favorite cake is the Dulce de leche filling. Nilda, is extremely responsive and responsible. I send her pictures of cake designs and she does them to the T!
All her work is made from scratch with the best ingredients. Best bakery in town.

Nildas is an amazing bakery that offers various desserts and cakes from Latin America. They taste just like home and the staff is very helpful and understanding when ordering cakes.
