This is actually the first vet I\’ve ever had. Having grown up with parents that never bothered with pet health, I was honestly concerned that I didn\’t know much about caring for my pets. I expected that any vet went to would probably treat me like a criminal for not having taken my pets to a vet before. On the contrary, the vets here are very understanding, non-accusing, and always willing to answer any questions I\’ve had about pet care. Northside is always quick to respond to concerns when I\’ve had them as well. I have every confidence that, if I am in need a grooming or pet sitting service, Northside will be great at those tasks as well.

The Doctors and Staff at Northside are genuine, ethical, friendly, and personable. They care about the ultimate well being of the animals they treat and go above & beyond what it means to provide exceptional care to my furry companions.

We LOVE Northside. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors treat us and our dogs like family. They are so honest, helpful and kind. #1 in our hearts for sure!!

The Drs and staff at Northside are compassionate, knowledgeable professionals who take the time to care for their clients, whether furred, feathered, or human. These Drs have been caring for my four-legged family members since they opened their doors and I’ve never been disappointed.

I wouldn’t take our furbabies anywhere else. The team at Northside always treat them with kindness, and they always take time to talk with us, answer questions, and make sure we have all the information and support we need.

Northside has done wonderful work with my parrot. He is anti-social and was a rescue bird. They took the time to help keep him calm.

North side Vet is the best. I lost my sweet furry baby this past August and Dr Natalie and her staff were compassionate and kind. I couldn’t have asked to have been treated any better. I now have a new baby seeing Dr Natalie and am looking forward to being a part of their great vet service! Thank you Dr Natalie for who you are to us!

Best vet care my pets have ever recieved. My mastiff had an abcess that required a drain put in. They sedated him and took care of it right away. Got him in within 20 mins of calling them. He was severly abused before I adopted him so he has some anxiety issues. They let me stay with him till he was sedated and while he was waking up. The staff is just absolutely phenomenal.

Northside has taken care of my dog and cats for about 5 years now. They are all excellent from front desk, vet assistants, vets and grooming personnel. They have it all even a new boarding facility. I like that they take their time with my pet and answer my questions. I think they’re the best in Shawnee!

This is the best vet I’ve ever and will ever go to. Great prices, amazing customer service, and the vets and nurses go above and beyond for your babies. They’ve saved many of my rescues and I feel very lucky to have them in my life. Thank you, Northside!! ♡

Northside Vaterinary Hospital provides wonderful care to my dog. It’s easy to tell that they really care and I’m not just another dollar to them. I love that they call me a week later to check up on my dog if I take him in with an illness or injury. My dog is a member of my family and I wouldn’t trust his care to anyone other then Northside Veterinary Hospital.
