Won’t go there again. Place might be good for some customers if they are fine with a look that the hair dresser decides for them. I had the specific wish to simply trim the current hairstyle by a few cm and ended up with an entirely different cut that I do not like a single bit.. The cut itself was well done but not at all what I wanted. In the end: what good is craftsmanship if they cannot listen?

The staff aren’t very friendly and don’t offer you a drink when you arrive. There is no receptionist and so my cut was interrupted several times to allow the hairdresser to answer the phone. The main reason I am unhappy is due to the fact that I requested my fringe was neatened up but the hairdresser took too much off and only asked me after if it was ok. She also ended up dry cutting my hair as I had washed it in the morning but as I had prepaid I still paid for a wash, cut and blow dry. Rip off and very poor customer service.

Ocean…. Always ready and available to rescue my hair! Brilliant cutters and fantastic value. They treat you like a person and listen to what you want rather than get carried away on what they want to do! The best salon in South West London by far…..
