Not a fan! Very disappointed in the whole relationship with OLK9. Was lied to about the relationship with Randi Laferney and the Knoxville, TN OLK9 office. My first question was “is this connected to the Johnson City TN office”? I was told “NO” by the lady that answered the original phone call to OFK9 and then I asked again at the first lesson.
A “friend” of one of the trainers shocked my dog because he was barking and whining because she was taking him outside away from me. All I know is he was whining and barking when he screamed yelped whatever you need to call it to understand how upset it made me. I left right after the photo of B’s graduation photo and never went back. I walked away from more lessons already paid for because of what this woman did to my dog. Unbelievable really. The JC TN owner still owns Knoxville but is hiding in the paperwork.
