Everything about On The Fly is great! The food is amazing, and the owners are super nice. Chef Andrew really wants you to enjoy the meal he prepares. The truck is super clean too! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, especially if it has the secret On the Fly sauce on it!!

On the Fly was the very first food truck I ever ate at. Since then it has been the measuring stick for all other food trucks. Best taco in Jacksonville.

I love this food truck! They catered my wedding and my friends still talk about the food to this day. The pulled pork tacos are my favorite, but everything on the menu is excellent. The food is worth the drive every time!
