I really like how norm takes his time with the work he does and how he also helps u make the right choice in the tat u want and his prices are great. Also his wife Cathy is really nice and she also helps you. I will always go to Norm for my tats he is the best.

I several tattoos and will be getting more from Norm he is a very talented and loving guy his secretary and wife is also a really great person I sent people to them all the time anytime I hear somebody talking about a tattoo I always say have you heard of Norm have you been up to Norton’s he’s a good tattoo artist so shout out to out of the norm

Highly recommend Norm! Does a great job (cover ups, his designs, your ideas, all of it) and the price is great too. I have several tattoos done from different shops and Out of the NormTattoos is the only place I’ve gone back to for more work. I will continue to go.

Friendly people who know what they are doing. Artistic, clean, accommodating. I travel 13 hours for their service. I won’t let anybody else do my tats!

Norm is the best tattoo artist I have met. He is very talented and puts his heart and soul in to your special artwork. I’ve always told anyone I talk to Norm will forever be the only one to tattoo me. Also he is a great person in general!
