Pals Inn is the best of the best!!!! They take excellent care of your pet for boarding, grooming, or daycare. The staff is fantastic and the facility is beautiful. My dog just loves it and howls with delight whenever we drive up to the building….Thank you Pals!!!!!

We popped into Pals Inn unannounced one day looking for a place to board our 1 1/2 yr old rescue pup with some behavioral issues. Tracy gave us a tour (we loved that they had nothing to hide!!) and talked with us about his issues.
He suggested doing some play dates first. We did several of those and then Tracy said he was ready for a sleepover. We started with a one nighter and Bailey did fine. We did another play date and then Bailey was ready for his first 4 night sleepover away from us. We didn’t worry about him at all, and he looked great when he was picked up. There was one meal he didn’t eat and I love the fact that I was told this! It would have been so easy to not say anything, but I completely respect the honesty! Bailey will definitely be back for play dates for continued socialization, and sleepovers when we go away.
Tracy, thank you for taking the time to speak with us, and for making us so comfortable in knowing our baby would be taken care of!

Our Lab mix loves attending Pal’s for daycare every week. He is very well taken care of and loved by the staff. Excellent program!

George, my 75-lb Australian Shepherd mix, looks forward to his vacations there. We are both big fans! The staff are loving and attentive. They work to accommodate my weird travel schedule. I don\’t like leaving George, but when I have to, our choice is Pals Inn Pett Resort.

They are so caring and wonderful with the pets. I was an employee there, and have never met a staff more fun and loveable with the animals. Everyone was so professional with the parents too. I miss it so much!

I head the Fountain Hills Pet Search, Rescue and Advisory Team and Pals Inn has been a tremendous team for us when we find stray/lost dogs in our community. They hold lost dogs in their care until owners are located and treat them as their own. They are an asset to the community.
