By far the best and most friendly salon I have ever been to. After a very bad hair experience Papillon took me under their wing in the shape of Jaquline McCann who, with only 5 months to work with, had my hair PERFECT for my wedding day! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, I love it and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been coming to this salon since is opened. The staff are always very welcoming and I always leave with a fabulous haircut from Charl. He has been fantastic with my 9 year old daughter and cuts her hair too. She now enjoys visiting the hairdressers, but only a few short years ago she wouldn’t even sit and get her hair washed! Every visit is a lovely experience.

I have been going to Jackie for more years than I care to admit to. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad hair cut, colour or blow dry ever! I sometimes prove to be undecided shall we say and I am never rushed or forced into something that we have not discussed thoroughly. From the head massages at the basins to the hugs on the way out of the door – this salon cannot be beaten for staff to service. I recommend Papillion to all my family and friends. Both my sons have their hair cut by Charl. They are very different personalities and Charl manages to show that in their hair styles. This is an amazing salon perfect for a quick blow dry, great colourists or the perfect place to get a new hairstyle. The salon has a friendly atmosphere and has the perfect ambience to relax whilst having your hair done with a coffee or a cheeky wee glass of fizz. The staff are attentive and always listen to what you want and don’t want to give you a great overall experience.

I have been going to this salon since it opened as was a client of Charl in his previous salon. The salon has been beautifully fitted out. The staff are all very friendly. The cut and colour you get are excellent and they really go above and beyond to make your whole experience a really pleasurable day out
