There\’s not enough time or room to type everything positive about this place. I waited to write a review until my puppy had gone several times, to be sure it was consistent; and it very much is. But I will start with the fact that my German Shepherd puppy & I are a team; we go everywhere together whenever possible. Not a single person has ever been allowed to watch my puppy in my absence. This is the first and only place, and people, who will ever be allowed to have my dog with them in my absence. I am so blessed to have found this place. It is absolutely spotless & the owner does not mess around! She runs a tight ship & has superbly trained staff. These aren\’t a bunch of teenagers working part time hosing out kennels. They are extremely professional & experienced with every breed; but very much so with some of the most challenging ones, like my German Shepherd. They can read dog behavior like no other, and the owner continues to stay connected to current research & continuing education. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and the staff absolutely love each and every dog as if they were their own. They master the personalities & quirks of each dog that are in their care. I simply cannot think of any type of dog with any type of issue that wouldn\’t be expertly cared for here. My Shepherd does not like to be left without me ever; but when I bring him here for daycare, I never get a chance to say goodby to him because he runs in, jumps all over the staff with kisses like he missed them so much, and then runs off to the back where he heads outside to play. It\’s the only time he willingly leaves me; not to mention with great enthusiasm. Absolutely superb place!

The staff is always mindful of the dogs left in their charge, while maintaining excellent customer service at the front desk. Customers and dogs, coming and going, are always happy. That\’s a good sign.

Pasadena Pet Motel is the best! My dogs are well cared for, played with and loved! Pleasant and competent staff. Clean facility. Large play yards.
Dogs are happy to stay there.

My furnaby, Moose, loves to go to the Pasadena Pet Motel to play with the staff and other dogs. He always comes home tired and happy. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are excellent and the dog accommodations are impeccable. The owners are always around to ensure that the business runs smoothly and that all pets are treated with care and respect. I also love all of the charitable events this business participates in. Love this business!

My dogs have been going here for years. they are very professional, loving and caring. I would not trust anyone else with my babies. Samatha has obedience trained both of my dogs and they love her. I can ask Kristen any kind of question regarding my dogs health and she is able to give my advice. They also help to find homes for foster dogs. I can’t say enough about this place.

I have 3 Greta Pyrenees one of wan be very difficult. when I have to board them I drive well over an hour to have them Boarded at Pasadena Pet Motel. they are the people I trust with my crew. Greta my baby is fighting cancer and is pampered by Kristen almost as much as she is by me.

Pasadena Pet Motel is a great place to take care of all your pet needs. Daycare, boarding, grooming and training. Very friendly staff and great a trainer. I would recommend to anyone!!
