I think their ice cream is the best I’ve tasted. They have a great variety of flavors, but my favorite is “This Just Got Serious”, if I remember the name correctly. The flavor combination is chocolate, caramel, and salt. They also have homemade waffle cones and bowls.

I am a HUGE fan of Pat’s Ice Cream Parlor!! I used to live in Valpo and loved the specialty flavors she offered. Now that I live out of state, I can honestly say it’s somewhere I look forward to visiting when I’m able to make it back to Valpo. The owner, Pat, is so fun to be around and the atmosphere in her ice cream shop is like none other!
