I am a Fan of Whaley&Company. At Pearl Street Tattoo. I’ve been getting FleshArt for over 11years. I am a client who has seen them grow and move acquiring knowledge working with respectable tattoo artists across America’s Mid-West and East Coast. I’ve seen them aquire goals in the years I’ve known them, their work is best showcased when it’s custom only styles with well thought out ideas. Their custom Flash Art is amazing for those who want to get a tattoo but are indecisive. I never recommend going to a tattoo parlor when your indecisive. But I have enough trust to let the artist do what the artists want to do with a freedom of expression for them. So if you have an idea of what you want the name Whaley has you covered.

I have gotten 3 Tattoo’s at Pearl Street. Have been complimented on all 3 which speaks highly for the job the artists do. Great clean place and nice down to earth people. Will never get a tattoo anywhere else!

I have been going to Joe Whaley for over ten years. He has always treated me wonderfully, and does great work too! His shop is always super clean and professional. I got most of my tattoos from here over the last couple years, very great artists, very great people. You know it’s not all about the money with these guys. They treat their loyal customers very well and do a damn fine job. Joe even stayed 3 hours past closing (until midnight) to finish my tattoo. I’ll never forget that!

I went to Pearl Street tattoo on a recommendation from a friend. I wanted a piece in rememberance of my dad who passed away from cancer. I told Joe what I wanted and he drew it up and captured what i had in mind perfectly! 4 years later it still looks brand new! Very very happy with my experience!

Will never go anywhere else for new ink! Some of my tattoos are several years old and people always ask did you just get these!? The coloring has never faded… one happy customer!
