The Pennsville Animal Shelter is awesome! The new staff has turned the Pennsville pound from high kill to 100% no kill, which deserves an award for saving our furry friends. They work very hard to find homes for ALL cats and dogs in their care, and they are very compassionate about the cause. Running a shelter is hard work, and they do an A+++ job!

Nice little shelter. Clean and cozy! Dogs have big kennels.

This government ran shelter does not deserve to receive anything. Employees are rude. They say they are not a high kill shelter but they are with cats and kittens. Veterinarians have dropped them as their vet of file. Find an animal group that actually deserves the award, not one that just takes hard earned tax dollars and kills animals (let the truth be told instead of a front). Find a no kill rescue. Thank you to all of those who do support no kill rescues and shelters.
