Staff here are real people. They take the time to really know their clients and listen to them and make them very comfortable. My special needs daughter will not go anywhere else or let anyone else touch her hair, even at 14 years old. They do not bat an eyelid when she freezes and cannot answer questions, just make her comfortable. Besides all of that, the end results of all their hair cuts is incredible and hair styles just perfection. I love this salon!
