Very friendly, take the time to talk to you, answer any and all questions you have. Every animal is very well taken care of and loved. Cages are kept clean. The owners are very knowledgeable when it comes to each animal and how to care for them as well.

Petfection is by far the best pet store around! Always a large selection of animals. Prices can not be beat. The owners are absolutely AMAZING!! They know their pet information and can answer any question you have. The store is always clean and never smells. I refuse to go to any other pet store! Hands down, the absolute best around!

Petfection is run by the most caring and knowledgeable staff that you could ask for. Not only do they take excellent care of their animals, but they also go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. The owners are super friendly and willing to educate anyone that they can about the animals they care for. I would highly recommend Petfection to anyone who currently has or is looking to buy exotic pets. 10/10 🙂

They know exactly what they are talking about, I REFUSE to buy any pet from anywhere else. They really care about not only the customers but also the animals they have in their shop. The nicest owners I’ve met in a while!

This is, by far, the best exotic petstore for miles around. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and is more than willing to share that knowledge with you in order to see the animals he sells thrive. I would highly recomend Petfection to an exotic animal hobbiest of any expertise!

My parents are #1 when it comes to professionalism. They take great care of all the animals in their pet shop and at home. They can break down all the information you need to know about the pets you want. They will not sell a single animal if they feel the pet is not compatible to customer’s lifestyle. They make sure to educate everyone who visits about the basic knowledge of their exotic pet needs. They make sure that all the animals are matched to great owners and are delivered to great homes. The work environment all together is warm and welcoming and a great place to bring children and family altogether.

I love their store just the atmosphere alone brings a smile to me. They take gret care of the animals keep cleanliness of the shop. I get great advice and help all tbe time i would recomend them anyone in need of great service and travel however far to visit.

Petfections Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! They dont try to sell you product or oets that they dont think you need or are in your budget. They are very honest and informative about all the items in their store. Very welcoming and take EXCELLENT care for their animals. They are the ONLY pet store i go to because i know ill get what i pay for and theyre an amazing family buisness. I recomend them to everyone i know even strangers.

They are top notch, the best of the best. I refuse to go anywhere else. They go above and beyond to help their customers and they REALLY care. When you walk into their doors, they greet you by name. Thanks guys for brightening my day every time I see you!!!
