Updating my rating…downgrading it. I’m guessing my complaint has made my claims drop to the bottom as I’ve been informed my latest claim will take 45 days before I receive the funds. Good to know this is how they address complaints.

They do have great policies for dogs…I love that. BUT…their claims processing is the worst. 24 PetWatch (out of Oakville, Ontario..formerly PetCare). Processing has gone from 10 to 15 days when I initially signed up to 25 to over 30 days now. 21 days should be the maximum to keep with those who paid the vet using a credit card. Forever excuses about hiring new people, putting in a new system, etc. Direct deposit option is supposed to speed up the process but only saves time on receiving the cheque by mail. How does one justify these delays as you wouldn’t accept such delays for monthly premiums, even if the client were to lose their job.
