When I first called for an appointment, whoever answered the phone was rude. Regardless, I made an appointment. When I arrived, not knowing anyone there, I sat down in the provided seating area waiting for someone to ask me who I’m there to see. Not a single person greeted me, even though at least 4 people working there looked at me. After this, my daughter, who absolutely loves babies, saw a baby in a stroller and went up to smile at him. Immediately, the mother started at my child to get away from her baby. Then rudely told me to control my child. I told her there are plenty of ways to better ask someone that, to which she told me to shut up, and threw her hand up toward my face like a 12 year old. Not a single person in the salon came to my defense, and so I left. This place is highly unprofessional – no receptionist, and nobody making people feel welcome at all! Highly disappointed in this place!
