I have been going to Kerry for over 20
Years now two separate family of dogs from a rottie to a silky and she handles all dogs with extreme care and attention to all details! She is wonderful I wouldn’t bring my pet anywhere else regardless of the travel time!

When the “big name dog store” would no longer take our dog for services as they were afraid of her nervous behaviors I looked for public opinion on where to go, and overwhelming support said platinum pooch with Kerry. She has made my dog feel comfortable and doesn’t just look at it as another customer/job. She enjoys spending a little time w her after services as well, and Addie has gotten comfortable w her where she gives Kerry kisses now too! Ha! Thank you!

Kerry has such an amazing way with animals. My greyhound mix is terrified of everything and he runs in, tail wagging, whenever he has a grooming appointment. Even with all the noises and smells of other dogs, Kerry makes him feel relaxed and at ease. And, of course, he always comes home looking and smelling great! I’ve recommended Platinum Pooch to several others and will continue to do so.
