I am a big fan of Preferred Hair Salon. I’ve been going to this place since 2012, and have been getting ny hair done here since then. I am very picky with hair and nail services and this place is excellent. They make sure you are satisfied with the service. For instance, highlights/ ombre can be tricky…one or two times, it turned out much lighter than I expected a few days after the service. I simply called and came in to get it tonned/ adjusted — one of which was complimentary to my surprise. They also offer complimentary bangs trimming, free no-chip nail polish removal (after), and more. And the best part: the atmosphere. I’ve been to salons where the staff of talking in another language, or simply aloof — that is not the case here. Toni and her staff are personable and friendly. Simply the best.

I traveled 45 minutes to go there and get my hair cut because I herd how good they were… And boy were they right. It was worth the drive. The entire staff was amazing. Love, Love, Loved the owner Toni.

I recently visited Preferred Hair Salon for the first time and I was so impressed. Kristin consulted with me on what my expectations were, how I wanted my hair to look along with color and highlight suggestions. My color, highlights and cut are fabulous. I have had many people stop me and compliment me on my cut and color. A lot of these were from people I did not know. Kristin also did a mani/pedi for me. I just love the warm and friendly feel of the salon and the personal touches that I received from Kristin. Can’t wait until it’s time for a cut or a touch-up!! A definite keeper!
