I would avoid this lady. It has been a whole year. We spent nearly 8 thousand with her and she still hasnt been back to finish the job after promises and promises. The curtain hooks are breaking off as the curtains are too heavy. The pins are still stuck in the pelmets and after removing them the pleats have come off. I have been very patient. But my husband got that fed up of her promises and not turning up. Her own fitter was soo fed up he left her tools at our property in a bid for her to finish her work which she still hasnt and we still have her tooks here. We paid in full for a service and never once gave her a reason to not finish the job. And we are still waiting for her to finish this job which will take her all of an hour if that. She sent some flowers as her way of apologising and promised to turn up a week later and we are still waiting. I have pictures and messages saved till this day to prove this.

I have recently had new pelmets/curtains supplied and fitted by nat and all I can say is the service from beginning to end has been second to non. Nat goes above and beyond to make sure the job is nothing less than perfect. I’ve already got my next orders in the pipeline. Thank u Natalie for transforming my living room x
