I am a fan of Refuge salon because the atmosphere is professional, but down to earth. The stylists always greet their customers and make them feel right at home. When I get my hair done they always listen to what I’m looking for and do a phenomenal job creating the hairstyle. I always leave their feeling satisfied and a changed woman. I recommend their shop to anyone and everyone.
