I’m not a fan. These people are terrible. Please look at their reviews on other sites. They are a dog mill that buys from other rescues and flips them.

We have worked with and adopted from these folks and could not be happier with our dogs. Trish does spot on evaluations of the rescues and we adopted before even meeting our dogs. No surprises and we will adopt again and have recommended Rising Phoenix to all our friends!

We have worked with Rising Phoenix for over five years and there is no one who can evaluate a dog as well as Trish. She has always been spot on with her assessments and we have adopted three wonderful dogs and have recommended them to our friends who have also adopted dogs. Each of our rescues came to us having never met them before, but they were exactly as Trish described. We adore our dogs and will work with them again with no hesitation.

I truly love this rescue. We have adopted not one, not two, but three dogs from them! We were very honored to be able to give furever homes to these wonderful dogs. They have always been a true pleasure to work with. I love what they do for these animals and would recommend to anyone.

I think they do an amazing job of rescuing large breeds that are wrongly tagged at kill shelters. They have amazing foster homes. I adopted my black Mastiff when she was 3. I’ved had her 6 years. She is the best dog! She is so gentle & patient with my 3 year old granddaughter.

Everyone that works here is amazing. The dogs are treated great and very well taken care of. They go anaboe and beyond loving nurturing and taken care of the dogs
