When I started seeing Krissy Riley #RootzSalon I had box processed, ugly old lady hair with SUPER tough grey roots and an UGLY haircut on top of it all from years of never finding someone who actually listened to what I wanted or put in the extra effort to do it right. Krissy has made it less intimidating to go to the salon, she always makes me feel welcome and I actually LOVE how my hair has been these past few months. She has changed her schedule to accommodate me, has talked me down from the \”I\’m just going to do this to my hair\” ledge (HA HA) and has never rushed me out the door like a factory. Thank you #KrissyRiley and #RootzSalon
