Liz is very talented and artistic. She is quite good at cutting and styling my hair – I have had so many compliments on my haircuts since I became a client a year ago. And her personality is warm, welcoming and highly entertaining.

Liz is the best. She started cutting my hair while I was in college, and was like a mother figure to not only myself but my entire fraternity. She is hard working, and loves the community. I have since moved to New Orleans, but have returned to Tallahassee several times to have Liz cut my hair. I couldn’t think of a more deserving small business owner to win ANY award. WE LOVE YOU LIZ.

Liz Tabor uses magic as well as scissors when she styles hair, I swear she does! Not a better cut is to be had in Tallahassee! Don’t settle for anyone but the best!

Because Liz is great with kiddos first haircuts (both with the child and the emotional momma), she is always able to work us in (even when we only have a few days notice), and the few times I manage to get in there without kids I always leave refreshed and ready to tackle any chaos my kiddos have ready for me at home. Good prices. Good conversation. Good atmosphere. I recommend this salon to everyone.

Not only does Liz Tabor give me a great cut & style, but she takes her time relaxing me by massaging my scalp while she shampoos me! As if that were not enough; she has my coffee waiting for me as I schedule as her first client of the day! And then there is the genuine bond we’ve formed over kids, finances, running our own businesses, etc.

I became a client of Liz\’s through a friend\’s recommendation. I have now been a client of Liz\’s for several years & have referred others to her. Not only is Liz a great stylist, but she tends to read my stress level and when washing my hair & massaging my scalp, I feel the stress lessen. I leave her shop looking great AND also fells as though I\’ve just had a massage!

Salon 259 is the place to go for fantastic customer service and the best cut and color in town. Liz goes out of her way to be personable and relate to everyone in her chair. She thoroughly knows about all hair types and varieties which allows her to give you your best looking hair! Plus it doesn’t hurt that the salon is absolutely gorgeous and provides a fun and relaxing environment!

Beautiful space, calm and serene, makes for a very relaxing and restorative time all while having your hair done by the best! Liz is terrific! She is welcoming and understanding and an absolute expert on hair. The best all round!!!
