I was scheduled for a crochet braids at 10 AM on a Friday – I arrived on time for my appointment and noticed only 2 stylists working, and several customers ahead of me; one customer was just getting started on locs by the stylist that was scheduled to do my crochet. Long story short; at 1:30 PM my hair had only been washed and blow dried, I hadn’t even been braided. I told the woman at the front desk that I had to leave the salon no later than 3:30 PM; I walked out of the salon that afternoon with 4 quickly installed and extremely messy goddess braids. I looked horrible and I was furious. I took the day off of work; I had tickets to a show in Boston. My entire day was ruined because Salon Hairapy double books and mismanages their appointments. I will NEVER go back and neither should you.

I have always left the salon feeling fabulous. All the girls are great but my hairdresser is Kathy and she is phenomenal. Perfect color and cut.
