Steph and her team are always friendly and welcoming , they always accommodate at late notice and are full of ideas for different hairstyles or colour . The beauty team are also warm and friendly and well trained . Overall I would not go anywhere else and always recommend to my friends

Fantastic salon, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable,always walk out with a very happy smile , now my daughter wants her hair coloured as well, only place i would trust to get it done, best salon in crawley

Steph and Amy are amazing hairdresser, they did an amazing job at my sister in laws wedding, they also do mine and my kids hair, my little girl loves having her hair done at the salon and would recommend to everyone x

I have been going to salon secrets for over two years now after a colleague recommended them. I’ve always been picky re hairdressers and never fully felt satisfied with my end result highlights and cut) that all changed after my first appointment. I have never been disappointed and I love how honest and helpful the staff are. I have since recommended my daughter, sister and close friends. We all have good hair now! All staff are equally lovely but a massive shout out to Amy – she does the best colour and cuts! The salon is lovely it had a real family feel to it and you can tell that the staff all genuinely like each other. Clients are made to feel welcome by everyone! Mustn’t forget to mention they always have a good offer on to help us save some pennies. Salon Secrets I love you!
