Everyone comes together with one purpose – saving and preserving the life and good health of neglected horses and other animals. Its a wonderful feeling to be a part of an organization that just does not talk about making a difference – they do it!

Savethehorses is such a wonderful facility providing loving care to all of the animals. They have a well defined process of recruiting their volunteers. All of their volunteers are kind, gentle and understanding handling their animals with “tic” ….always. I’ve never come across an organization that accomplishes so much for animals! ❤️

Save The Horses has changed my life in the best possible way!! I’ve loved horses all my life and I’ve learned so much in the past 4 years volunteering there. The whole community is so friendly and are practically family now!! I have nothing but positive words to say about this place and I can go on and on!! I love Save The Horses!!

Save The Horses has grown from the girlhood passion of its founder to the rehab/love/rehome center, averaging more than 100 horses at two, superb, animal-centric facilities, staffed by a cadre of wildly enthusiastic, hard-working volunteers. They support the operation as well, along with its many devoted fans. (Note: the count does not include Rosie the Cow, various configurations of poultry, sheep, and most recently, a lovely pig–saved at the very doorway to slaughter–and a little donkey just getting over the terror of human beings. Save The Horses’ motto is: “We Are Rescue” and it fits.

Save the Horses is wonderful. They take in sick, injured and abandoned horses, as well as donkeys and more of God’s creatures.
I have a great deal of respect and admiration for this fine group of dedicated volunteers.

What a wonderful group!!! I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer there, and the caring and compassion they show, for ALL their animals, is heartwarming!! A lot of hard work, and love goes into this great organization!!! They are the best!!

Great group of people who give their all to the Speach all critters they get. More than just horses it is all the animals and the people too
