Shamrock Pub in Dixon, Illinois has the BEST prime rib every Friday and Saturday night. They also have phenomenal Irish Tacos for about a week every year that I wish they would make ALL YEAR! The people there are always friendly and the service is top notch. “Where you’re only a stranger once” is their motto, and it couldn’t be more true. The best part: the beer is ICE COLD!
