I was an Employee of Shear design 22 yrs ago,for 13+yrs. there is no other Salon in this area who can compete with their knowledge in cutting skills also,creative Color. Their continuious education of their employees, and selection of the best of the best that have pride and a Love of what they do . It makes all the difference.

I am a fan because Cheryl is an awesome stylist. She always takes the time to communicate with me and ask me what I would like in terms of color and cut. I always leave feeling like a new person and I love how my hair looks. She is professional, caring and dedicated. I look forward to my next appointment.
