State of the Art Stylist and Owner ! I’ve been going to Nedra Joyce Downs for 30 plus years . She is AMAZING, I have thin hair and she always makes it looks full and beautiful ! She has my vote for hairdresser of the century. All the hair dressers are very friendly . See you next month for my color, cut and highlights !

I have been a \”fan/customer\” of Joyce Downs more than 10 years. She is an amazing hairdresser and person! The people who work at Shear Reflections are always so polite and nice.
