Dr.Kent and Linda were absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable with my procedure. I had to have 7 teeth removed and I was VERY NERVOUS about the procedure until I went to get it taken care of. I did sedation and Nitro and that was the best thing I had done. The process was quickly and when I got uncomfortable they held my hand and calmly talked to me. I will always recommend the Smile Center and the staff is so pleasant too. If I have to get any more dental surgery done this is where I will be going. Thank you for making my experience pleasant and I really can’t thank you enough. Keep up the great work and positive atmosphere.

Dr. Kent is the BEST!
I was having a very hard time finding a dentist to take my insurance. (not often comp is used for dental.)
However, Dr. Kent and his office was will to take that challenge. (and this was only one of the many challenges they had to deal with.)
I had went without teeth for just over 2 year, but thanks to Dr. Kent, (and the fantastic Laura) I now have the most beautiful teeth and I have not had 1 bit of trouble with my implants!
Dr. Kent is with out a doubt the Best Dentist Ever!
All the staff I have met is just as great, they make the time for you and do what ever it takes to make you feel very comfortable every single time!
I can not possibly thank them enough for everything they have done for me!!!!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist after switching to this practice. For someone who is beyond terrified of dental procedures, I ended up trying this office on a recommendation from my sister, who just might be worse than me. They were kind, caring, and made me more comfortable at a dentists office than I ever thought possible. Katie does my cleanings and she is fantastic. Every 6 months I feel like I reconnect with an old friend. The dentists are wonderful and the front desk is friendly and helpful. If you are afraid of the dentist and haven’t been for a while, this is the place to come.

I received tender loving care from Dr. Kent and I felt like I was part of the Smile Center family during my last visit. This is not just another dentist office where you are just a sign of money to be made. They see you as a person in need of help in need of dental services. You will be welcomed with open arms just as I have been. Even on the coldest day when you walk in the warmth of everyone is quickly felt and appreciated. Doing things in a just OK way is not good enough here Dr. Kent makes sure that everything is set for you properly. Dr. Kent is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is an excellent DDS He is very compassionate to his patients and also to his staff. I have seen him take the time with new staff to teach them introduce them and engage them in his kind culture of care for patients. And when you are the person sitting in the chair he treats you like the most important person in the world. I would not go anywhere else. I even had my son come here for his dental care and I am a motherbear always protecting my son and wanting the best for him.

I was very impressed with both the price of my teeth cleaning and the level of care. I was treated very nicely by the staff and did not have to wait longer than five minutes. In my experience at the dentist I have to wait for long periods as other staffs sat around doing nothing. My teeth looked great after and I plan on going back to them for future care.

You are doing a great job. I actually love coming to the dentist. Your staff is extremely supportive to my needs and they are really friendly. Every time I am coming in they greet me and I feel they know my name because they care for their patients. I know I am important to them. A lot of doctors offices I have gone to before dont remember my name. They were very supportive in the fact that I work almost full time go to college and I am paying for my braces by myself. They worked out an awesome payment schedule for me and it is extremely helpful. I like to know I will have a perfect smile by the time I am done with my braces and its all thanks to the Smile Center. The Smile Center is very welcoming. The dentist is extremely kind and pointed out serious problems as well as potential problems with recommendations of how I can take care of them as soon as possible. When it comes to appointments the staff reminded me twice before the actual appointment by mail and by phone. I have never been rescheduled due to overbooking or forgotten appointments on their behalf. What impressed me the most was that they continued to try and contact me even after the first few attempts failed so I could make my appointment.

I had a tooth repaired on May 1st 2012 for the first time after I had my upper and lower plates made by Dr. Gordons dad in 1991. I still have them and was very satisfied. The reception staff was so nice to me. They asked if I was Alicia when I walked up to the desk. She walked my card out to me when I left it at the desk instead of calling my name across the room. The front desk staff were all smiling and looked happy. As a patient you feel better walking into an office where the front desk employees dont look like they hate their job. I am not sure if I saw the dental assistant or if she was the hygienist she told me, but I do not remember. She was wonderful. I am terrified of the dentist and she made me feel so much better. She was kind and friendly. The Doctor was very nice and his exam was very thorough much better than any other dentist that I have seen in the past. My husband will be finishing his doctorate next week and because of schooling we have had to rely on Medicaid for the last couple of years. Usually when I tell doctor/dentists my type of insurance, they then look at me like a second class citizen. I didnt feel like this in your office. You didnt treat me like a piece of trash because of my government health care. Thank you for this. I couldnt be more satisfied with the care I received in your office. I will be sure to recommend your practice to any friends searching for a new dentist.

I found out about The Smile Center using my Apple IPad. I googled Buffalo area dentists who cater to people embarrassed by broken teeth etc and the first name that came up was Doctor Kent. In January or February of this year I was looking for a new dentist after having some bad experiences with another dentist. I remember one appointment I went in feeling crappy about how my life was going in general and after leaving feeling crappier than ever. Since coming to The Smile Center I went from feeling crappy to feeling happy or at least happy in general and I have everyone at The Smile Center to thank for this. Like Dr. Kent says Its not your fault. We dont judge. and We want you to be happy. In closing I want all of you to know that you are all always in my thoughts and prayers. My brakes and fuel pump were professionally installed. The car runs fine. Oops. Wrong review. The work on my teeth was done without pain. The staff and doctors are a pleasure. The atmosphere in the office makes the visit enjoyable. I do not enjoy having anything done to my teeth but it is a pleasure coming to this office. The staff and dentists are a joy to be around.

Dr. Kent & dental staff have always been gentle and nurturing. They always explain everything in detail, from procedures to billing costs. The desk staff is always helpful with reminder calls also. I bring my whole family here.

The Smile Center is truly full of smiles from the front desk and the friendly greeting and to the caring and gentleness of the dental assistants, Laura and Katy, and Dr. Kent. My husband has had a number of dental issues, which seemed to have happened all at once. He always felt welcomed and comfortable. Erica is always willing to help find the best way to handle the financial situation with ease, which certainly helps you leave with a smile.

Everyone here at the Smile Center were wonderful & understanding from beginning to end of my dental procedure. My questions were always answered & no one ever got tired of my questions or my need to come in for adjustments on my dentures. They always made me feel comfortable and never a pain with my teeth extractions. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent & his staff to anyone I know.

I have been going to Dr. Kent on and off for almost 15r years. I think he is a wonderful dentist. He is very gentle and listens to everything you have to say. The staff is great as well. It was nice to see that nurse Laura is still with his practice. They have always made me feel comfortable. (I am a real chicken lol.) I would definitely recommend the practice to everyone.

Since I had a really bad experience with a previous dentist, it was a joy to see your staff friendly and caring so I did not feel just like a number. Looking forward to my next appointment August 27. Even though it was my first visit, I did recommend a fellow employee to your office because you are all so nice.

I have had a wonderful experience since coming to the Smile Center. I think Dr. Kent, Laura & Cindy are terrific! The staff, Erica & Nomi, are excellent as well! Keep up the good work. Financially, I have no outside dental insurance but I have the Smile Center Plan for tooth cleaning. My grandson is also a patient & it works out well.

I have to say I have been very happy with the services of the Smile Center. The staff is always very friendly, personable, and helpful in any way possible. I feel they have gone above and beyond on many occasions whether it is scheduling, billing, or needing anything. Dr. Kent has done 2 or 3 root canals/crowns for me, and an apicoectomy. All of these procedures had excellent results. My daughter and I love the hygienist and think she is exceptional. Overall, we are very happy here, and have found a dental home!
