My name was Linus. I was a puppy mill daddy used for breeding. The puppy mill discarded me with a collar that almost grew into my neck and no medical care. When my Nanny Mommy first brought me to SBAH I had tummy problems. I also had severe ear issues plus terrible spine and hip problems because of living in a crate that was so confining. Dr Natalie and the entire team at SBAH cared for me. They helped my tummy feel better and when I got a terrible problem with my ears they gently flushed them and finally got rid of the infection that was beyond horrible. SBAH always followed up in I ended up in the ER and would consult with the other Vets st Angell when they found a huge mass in my abdomen. I had to have a kidney removed and SBAH did a house call right after that surgery to check on me because I needed to be so quiet!!! Dr Yolanda lived my orthopedic bed!! With all my problems they just lived and loved and loved me every time I visited. They made me feel so special. I had all kinds of special therapy … water therapy, massage therapy and laser therapy AND boy did that help me move better!! Then one night I collapsed – no one could figure out why so my family kept a watchful eye on me and it happened again so they rushed me back to Angell! Dr Natalie and the entire team kept in touch with the Vets there and my Nanny Mommy. Everyone was sad to find out that I had cancer especially since I had scabs recently. Nanny Mommy came to the hospital and brought me home. One more night with my forever family and then I visited all my friends at SBAH who lovingly helped my family help me get to the Rainbow Bridge.
