We’ve been with Dr. Rick at South County Animal Hospital since 1996 (I believe). Dr. Rick is wonderful. The other Vets and techs are all great! The staff is wonderful. South County Animal Hospital isn’t just a veterinary business, it’s family.

South County Animal Hospital is excellent. Very knowledgeable and caring doctors, technicians and other staff.
I don’t live in South Bay Area anymore, but still bring my two cats for their annual exams and shots.

Love SCAH. All the staff are friendly, compassionate, and very helpful. Always willing to fit you into their busy schedule for emergencies and respond to inquiries fast. Dr. Rick Leininger has always been honest and forthcoming with any issues and offers to research new and upcoming techniques or medications for your pet\\\’s specific needs.

Dr Rick is one of the best animal Doctors I have had care for my dogs. He is always caring and attentive and shows a real love for animals. He’s always very informative, explaining all treatment options and why some are better. And he cares enough that he will be there with you at the end and share tears as we say goodbye to our beloved pets when its time for them to cross the bridge. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff.
