Every detail amazing! Every course you think this is the best thing ever and then the next dish comes out and it’s just as mind blowing. Going to State and Lemp is truly memorable experience. I am still dreaming about the rabbit course from last December and the goat course from July. Two things I never thought I would eat but LOVED!
