I will never got to any dentist besides Dr Merrill again. He is so kind and accommodating, He’s extremely gentle and so intuitive with his patients, He was kind to me when I was scared, He made me feel safe and he was so patient and kind to me while I was anxious. He will be my forever dentist. If you go to him you will I understand what I mean. I FINALLY found my dentist!

I love going to my dentist! All the hygienists are amazing and so is Dr. Hatcher. I’ve been going to see him for about 9 years. He’s performed several implant surgeries w/crowns and I was extremely pleased with the results. I love how his staff is extremely friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Love this place! I’ve been with them for years and they have ensured that this smile stays great! They really go above and beyond and every cleaning is awesome. They answer any questions or concerns and most importantly I feel informed and they know how to explain on my level. They stay up to date on the tech too! I just love it here. Professional and friendly! I’ll continue to drive from Charlotte as long as they stay open!

This is the NICEST dental office I have ever visited! Even when I called to make my appointment, the receptionist took her time to listen to my concerns and get to know me as a patient! My visit was even better than the amazing phone call. I left feeling like everybody was my friend. I felt cared for and really listened too.

Triad Dentistry is a great place to get your dental needs taken care of. The office is very warm and inviting. Starting with the receptionist who has a lovely personality. Then on to the dental assistant who makes sure you’re comfortable before your treatment. In comes the doctor with his bright and cheery self. Everyone is caring and kind.

I was a few minutes tarty. L’Oreal was calling my cell when I walked in. She, a new RDH for me met me with a smile. She was confident, careful, through, and friendly. I am happy I went to Triad Dentistry this morning.

From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, I experienced quick and compassionate attention to what seemed to me to be my painful emergency situation. Dr. Hatcher listened patiently, then with combined knowledge of my medical history and presenting problem, he offered well explained treatment options and gentle advice. I am sincerely grateful for a procedure being performed that comfortably resolved an extremely uncomfortable problem.

I am so grateful to be a client/patient at Triad Dentistry. Dr. Santiago is usually my Dentist when I go for appointments. The Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. During this Covid 19 thing going on, I had a problem, called a closed office on the weekend. On Sunday, Dr. Hatcher called wanted to see me on Monday. He and his Assistant went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of me. It was a very good thing to experience.

I don’t enjoy the dentist but Hatchers office isn’t rough at all and they are completely honest about what it going on. Not many doctors will give you all the options for treatment and let you choose. After having one bad experience after another as a kid it’s hard for me to make visits to the dentist but I don’t mind going to see Dr Hatcher. I believe Dr. Hatchers office treats people the way they would like to be treated.

Alisia was my most recent hygienist – knowledgeable, personable and patient. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice.

Felt Very comfortable with Mr. Hatcher. The office staff was very friendly and informative, and the ombience in the dental room were great with the tv above me to take my mind off things. They really make sure you will never miss that you have an appointment with them because reminders are given by e-mail and phone at least two to three times before appointment date. The modern equipment made me feel like I was with someone who definitely keeps updated on technology and credits in the art of dentistry. Great first visit.

Dr. Hatcher and his staff are wonderful! I have a complete fear of dentists and yet I felt completely relaxed during my visit. Dr. Hatcher answered all of my questions in simple terms that I could understand, and quelled all of my anxieties. An added bonus to this practice is that they offer different types of sedation/anesthesia for people. I just moved to this area and I am very happy that I found Dr. Hatcher.

I WORK IN AN INDUSTRY WHERE OUR BUSINESS DEPENDS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT DR. HATCHERS OFFICE IT IS APPARANT THAT THAT IS THERE NUMBER ONE GOAL. EVERYONE I HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH GOES OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE GREAT. THEY TAKE YOU ON TIME, THEY ARE VERY AWARE OF YOUR COMFORT AND VERY CARING AND HELPFUL. I HAVE ALWAYS HATED GOING TO THE DENTIST, BUT THEY MAKE IT ALMOST ENJOYABLE.

As much as I have been dreading another crown and fillings (actually, only the drilling part) the experience was fine and painless. Dentistry has really advanced in the last ten years and Dr. Hatcher makes use of the latest developments. I was able to walk out with a custom-made crown that same day. No pain even when the Novocaine wore off (hooray!)

I recently had two implants done by Dr hatcher. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the professional, and yet caring, manner of Dr Hatcher and his staff. I am recommending Dr Hatcher to anyone who mentions they are in need of a dentist or wish to change their personal dentist. I am not normally a great fan of dentists, as my mouth is exptremely sensitive to injections; with Dr Hatcher, any injections and procedures are practically painless. Dr Hatcher and his staff get 5 stars from me, but only because I cannot give them more than five ! Chuck T. ( P.S. I drive 40 minutes each way to go to Dr Hatcher.)
