After not eating bread for nearly two years I bought a loaf of stramge grains buckwheat sourdough from the fremantle markets whilst visiting perth. Fell in love all over again with a fresh piece of bread that I can actually tolerate for my gut and health. Thank you for sharing your amazing craft with us all to enjoy devouring. 🙂
