When they did the story on Hank, it was such a sad story. But they stuck with Hank and brought him back to a very health dog. Thank you Take -A-Chance Animall rescue for all that you do.

This is a wonderful rescue. All the animals in their care are treated as family members. Attention paid to each one individually and they are loved by all the volunteers until the perfect family is found. They are the best.

This rescue takes exceptional care of their dogs. They hire trainers to make them more adoptable, give them lots of one-on-one attention and tons of exercise. Our next dog will definitely be from here.

The level of compassion and care these dogs receive by the staff at Take-A-Chance Animal Rescue is second to none! The shelter itself is kept in immaculate condition, and all the dogs are treated like family. The amount of hours the all volunteer staff donates to make sure all the dogs are happy, healthy, and comfortable is unbelievable. If I were a dog waiting for my forever home, Take-A-Chance Animal Rescue is where I would want to stay!

This rescue does it right! The top priority is the dogs and saving them off death row! They do not discriminate, and save a lot of pitbulls who are unrightfully on death row just because of their breed. Their facilities, care, and workers are top of the line! Truly the best rescue I have seen!

These dogs are SO well cared for and the volunteers are so selfless and hard working. Can you name another rescue where the dogs get rubbed down with coconut oil and lavender before a thunderstorm to keep them calm?! Love this place.
