Friendly salon but lacking in customer service skills such as what is not appropriate to say to your client. My hair was cut into a ‘lob’ and styled nicely but I felt she’d put waves in to hide a poor haircut. As soon as I got home I washed and blow dried my hair straight to revel, as predicted, uneven lengths and the back of my hair looking very wedge-like. The front part was layered badly. A waste of £39. Will be getting another salon to fix this mess.
