I recently had to put my dog down that I had had since I was 12 and it was the hardest day of my life. Dr downs and the whole team at TVAH made the day as easy as they could. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team of people be so attentive and helpful in someone’s time of need. I recommend this place to everyone because there customer service cannot be matched.

Dr. Downs is the best, she takes time to explain everything.
When we call for refills, staff is always sweet and helpful.

Dr. Downs and her staff are definitely the best veterinarian office that I have come across. She is very thorough and takes her time in examining my pets in order to have the best possible outcome and keep them healthy. Her entire staff is very friendly and courteous. I especially appreciate the follow up phone calls to see how my pet is doing after they have had a procedure or vaccinations. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a professional and friendly veterinarian to care for their pets.

They are the most compassionate people ever. When I had to make the most hardest discession to put my 5 month old puppy ENSLEY to sleep the where there every step of the way and gave my husband and I the most comfort in knowing that this was the best decision for our puppy. I forever will always go to them as they are most compassionate vet hospital I encounter. #LOVEUPEOPLE

Dr. Downs and her staff are amazing! She is knowledgable, honest, and genuinely cares for our fur babies. I’m always happy to refer her to others because I know they will be treated like family also. We are so thankful to find her.
