I’ll start out by saying that i live in Merrimack and don’t usually venture into Concord. I do take I93 often though. I am gluten free by choice and I recently popped in to see what The Clean Take was all about. It had an ecclectic and cozy atmosphere. The menu was amazing and healthy. It’s not common to have such a large variety of healthy options in one place. Then I tried a Mediterranean salad and it was amazing and very flavorful. I’m used to eating clean, which can be bland, so this was a treat! The owner, Jane, is super down to earth and awesome. She makes all of the food there herself. The prices are very reasonable. I can’t wait to visit again!

This charming little place and the owner are welcoming and make for friendly atmosphere. Quality ingredients are used and it shows up in the deliciousness of the food. It is apparent the owner puts her heart into it as well!

Jane is an amazing cook- she crafts her food through her heart and her love of humanity. Her flavors are incredible, her variety is seasonably sustainable, and her sensitivty to the needs of her customers is always evident. Simoly put: the Clean Take should be on everyone’s list.
