Spent alot of coin on alot of women at that shop,always polite with prompt service and the staff have never dropped me in it with my countless affairs,I thoughrely recommend them for the decerning man with a hectic love life.

Excellent flowers with outstanding quality friendly customer service and value for money THANK YOU VERY MUCH Claire and your fantastic team for the beautiful flowers that you delivered to my door from my fiancé as a surprise he was over the moon when he came in and saw the flowers up close he said they looked fantastic on the pictures I had sent to him as he was at work. But when he actually came in he said the quality of the flowers and there freshness was absolutely outstandingly beautiful and the craftsmanship involved up close had to be the best he’d ever seen.
So much so he purchased flowers the following week for his mum who’d just lost her nephew to cheer her up once again on receiving the flowers the quality and the craftsmanship of the flowers was absolutely stunning with outstanding value for money and the freshness of the flowers were perfect.
I wouldn’t have to think twice about recommending The Flower Haven South Shields customer service and truly outstanding quality flowers to anybody.

I have had many flowers delivered and ordered from this shop as the flowers are always fresh and done to 100 percent presentation. Also find that the staff are always on hand to give you advice and help you use what’s right without any pressure.

Love the place, beautiful floral displays, Claire and staff are so professional and friendly nothing is too much bother
