Fran is a FANTASTIC hairdresser. I was always someone who bopped around to wherever was convenient for a trim. When I was introduced to Fran, I was immediately reeled in by what a sweet, fun, and amazing person she is. Her salon suite further impressed . It lends a feeling of an elegant salon without astronomical prices and is always immaculate. She furthers the customer experience by providing snacks, beverages, and reading material. If you arrive early and she’s with a client, there’s a lovely waiting area to allow you waiting comfort and her clients their privacy. I started going to her when I decided to start coloring my hair. I was worried my hair would end up stripped and dry if I colored for too long, Fran uses only quality Goldwell products and my hair stayed healthy, soft, and shiny during the 9 years I had her coloring it. I always received compliments on my hair. And, if you’re like me, you’ll be impressed and overjoyed by her board of color swatches that allows you to achieve exactly the look you’re hoping for. I’ve recently decided to go back to my natural color and I continue to use Fran because she still delivers the impeccable service and result I’ve come to expect. Color or not, her cuts are always beautiful. She listens to what you want and aims to please. 10+years and I still leave the salon feeling happy, refreshed, and beautiful.
