My Dalmatian is afraid of water. Tina was very calming with him and went very slow with him and assured that he felt comfortable with getting a bath. She also recognized that blow drying wasn’t for him so she allows him to air dry in a safe environment. Her service is beyond terrific! She truly loves all her clients’ pets.

KrisTina is an AMAZING groomer ! With over 15 years of experience ! Her personal attention to her furry clients is what sets her miles apart from other groomers. She has the perfect personality, disposition and patience to handle even the most difficult or problematic of dog breeds. All of her furry clients leave the Spa happy, feeling ‘pampered’ and refreshed with obvious smiles. Kristina is an absolute professional at her craft, and with that, she is not a cheap ‘chain store’ groomer. You might pay more for her service, but you will definitely Not leave disappointed. On a scale of 1 to 10 The Groom Room Pet Spa gets a 20 !

I have been to many groomers over the years but Tina is the first one who will not only groom the dog to my specifications but she takes such great care in how my babies are handled. I had an old Lhasa Poo with health issues and she made sure all her geriatric needs were met – and my dog LOVED her, unlike any other groomer I had taken her to before. I have since lost my beloved pet, but Tina takes care of my Cocker Spaniel and what an incredible job with his grooming! He always looks so beautiful when she’s done and he is one happy boy because she gives him all the attention he craves! (He’s a bit self-centered!). My sister was so impressed that she took HER Shih Tzu to Tina as this poor dog was being traumatized by the groomer she was going to. The dog is a puppy mill dog and needed extra care and Tina knew exactly what to do with this little dog to make sure she stayed calm, happy and not traumatized. Tina has a way with dogs that I have not seen with any other groomer. I highly recommend her!!!
