Law Practice At some point, in such a capitalistic culture, the importance of social values have been replaced by the importance of the almighty dollar. Sadly, no more so is that the case than in the legal community. The legal oaths with which lawyers are all sworn to become nothing more than punch lines in actual practice. Anyone who does not become coerced to the conformity of which we have now become conditioned is shunned as an outsider. Bill your hours. Make partner. Align yourself with the right people politically. Pay to play. Conform. Fall in line. Protect the police. Protect the system. That is my perception as to where the legal system is, based on six years as a District Attorney and one year in private practice. I am starting my own practice as a social experiment of some sort, as well as a challenge. Can one use the law not to trudge along with the system, but to challenge it, and, in some cases, destroy and obliterate the routine injustices that take place in the system? Can the law still be used for a more noble calling? Can the law still be a vehicle to advance social change? Yes, these questions sounds somewhat lofty and grandiose in nature. So be it. I’m not a fan of Matthew albert he probably a good candidate, passionate for animals case but human case he take from the less unfortunate people he was hired for my family member which he took money and never shown up to court to the very last ending Mat was getting paid while the state of New york paid a public defender to come to court stand up for my family. then Mat demanded more money after she paid him 2500 since he never had shown up . for the case went to county court client was afraid to pay Mathew any more money when they already paid him $1900 and he didn’t show up with that money then he ask to get out of the case and walking away with free money of 2000 dollars big loser and the family have taken a loss. he needs to stick to them animal cases now he is a animal towards humans by robbing them out money

Matt is a great guy and a wonderful attorney. He is articulate, incredibly intelligent and in-tuned to his clients needs. He will fight for what is right and what is just without hesitation, until the end. There is no one I’d rather have on our side during our time of need. Matt was able to get an arrest of a known animal abuser after the District Attorney let the case sit untouched for over one year. Within just a few months of getting Matt involved, I had a face to face meeting with the DA and an arrest. Without him, we would have never had that. The case would have run out of time due to the statute and that would have been our ending. Fortunately, it was not. Matt fought hard for us. He was amazing and we are forever grateful.
