always interesting combinations and the freshest ingredients. he once made fresh hand pulled mozzarella for an event and slow cooked traditional meatballs! commitment and dedication to serving the best pizza you can find anywhere in the U.S. and as a veteran i have traveled and tasted some good pizza. this guy could hold his own with any of the others out there making a difference in the pizza community. can’t wait for him to get a brick and motor shop! he does a gluten free that most don’t even know is gluten free as well! he’s done authentic deep dish chicago style sicilian style and of course traditional neapolitan style he’s got skills in the pizza world. and that whole Puccia sandwich thing… out of this world that’s a secret menu item ask if it’s not too busy!

I was taken to a motorcycle meetup while visiting family up in WA. This guy happened to be there cooking. I was EXCITED in the least that he happened to be making my favorite Buffalo chicken pizza! I took a whole pizza home thats how good it was! Man I need to get back up there and visit family more often. Lets just say if this guy was in Denver I’d go broke getting his pizza everyday
